Blue Couch Candids : RODIN olio lusso
Linda Rodin's intimate, low-key approach to personal care applies not only to the essential ingredients in her products, but to the entire brand aesthetic. On her weekly visit to the flea market, Linda spotted a luggage tag featuring a font that she promptly fell in love with, holding on to it for 20 years. When she created RODIN olio lusso, she drew inspiration from that treasure.
“Like my products, I didn’t want anything fancy or embellished,” Linda says. Before long, Linda was working with the same graphic designer, Marjorie Levin, who created the Linda Hopp logo for Linda’s well-received, and ahead of its time “concept store” in 1979, and the crisp, clean, RODIN logo was born.
