If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your RODIN olio lusso online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange it for another item(s). If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at oliolusso.com, please follow the below step by step directions:
• Call us (855) 422-1512 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org. An Online Service Expert will provide a pre-paid return label via email.
• Print the label from your email. Carefully pack items into the box and include the invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
• Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by calling 1 (800) PICKUPS (UPS fees may apply). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
• For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured UPS Ground. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
• If your order arrives damaged, please refer to Damaged Items.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing.
Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at (855) 422-1512.
